I didn't always feel at home in my body. For a long time, I lived with constant tension — the kind you don't even realize you're carrying until it starts affecting everything: your energy, your mood, your ability to be present. Like many women, I was used to pushing through, staying busy, and putting myself last.
What changed for me was discovering the power of slowing down. Through breathwork, essential oils, and hands-on healing practices, I started to reconnect with my body in a completely different way. I learned how to release stress instead of storing it, how to listen instead of override, and how to create space for calm in my everyday life.
That transformation is what led me to this work. I became certified in dōTERRA essential oils, the AromaTouch Technique, and self-care breathing facilitation so I could share these tools with others in a grounded, practical way — not as something "extra," but as something essential.
Today, I help women come back to themselves. Whether it's through private sessions or group breathing circles, my goal is simple: to create a space where you can slow down, reset, and feel supported in your body again.
