My work comes from my own journey of learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and create space for real healing. For a long time, I knew what it felt like to carry tension, stress, and emotion in the body without always knowing how to release it. Over time, I discovered that breath, touch, essential oils, and intentional self-care could help me feel more grounded, present, and connected to myself.
That personal experience became the foundation of my work. I became a coach because I wanted to help other women feel supported in the same way — not through pressure, perfection, or "fixing" themselves, but through gentle, embodied practices that invite the nervous system to soften and the body to feel safe again.
Today, I support women through private coaching, AromaTouch Technique sessions, and Self-Care Breathing Days. My approach is calming, intuitive, and personal. I believe the body is always communicating with us, and when we give it attention, compassion, and the right support, transformation becomes possible.
What drives me is seeing women come back to themselves — breathing more deeply, feeling lighter, releasing what they have been carrying, and remembering that they deserve care, rest, and support.
